Thanks so much, Bryanna! I'll definitely give it a try and keep the other recipes in mind too. The one my gramma made didn't have whipping cream in it, so I don't have to worry about that. Our Whole Foods does carry the soy whipping cream in the can though, so I already have some for my pumpkin pie!
