Subject:	Vegan Limi "jello" salad?

When I was a kid, my gramma used to make this wonderful lime jello salad for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It had pineapple, cream cheese and shredded carrots in it, and I think marischino cherries. That's all I can remember.

Is there a vegan version of this? I'd like to make it for my mom for our Thanksgiving dinner this year.
