Hi - I am trying to convince my friend Janet to become vegetarian like myself but she said that she's allergic to fruits, tree nuts and some raw veggies. So her main meal continues to be meat (though she's cutting down on meat because she thinks it's bad karma). Janet's case makes me wonder that perhaps vegetarianism is not that all healthy for everyone. Please prove be wrong! What could Janet eat if she could truly want to be vegetarian? Thanks.
