First of all, thank you for your response. It rather matched my gut feeling about all of this.
I do have some questions:
It mentions that enzymes basically die as they get into our digestive system. That cancels some of the claimed benefits of sprouts, which are suppose to provide us with lots of enzymes. So what do you think about sprouts? Are they a super-food or not?
As your page and many others state, different ways of cooking reduce nutritional benefits differently. What about bread then? Would you say bread's no good?
