It is so easy to find substitutes these days! For
milk, there is soy milk, hemp milk (these are the two
most nutritious), almond milk, rice milk, and oat milk
(these last three taste good but are much lower in
protein).

The best vegan cheese is "Sheese":

Galaxy Vegan Soy Parmesan is also excellent.
There is a new vegan cheese called Daiya which is also
very good.
