Subject:         Not just vegetarian!

My doctor has restricted my diet because of pain and inflammation. He says no grain, no beans, no rice, no corn,no soy, no potatoes except sweet potatoes, no grainfed animals or animal products including eggs. I am allowed some fish - not farm raised - but boy! am I tired of fish! It was easier in the beginning (started Mar 09) because I was so motivated by horrible pain and not being to walk, now I feel SOOO much better, I'm hungry all the time and I am really tempted to cheat. I don't cook! I need quick and 3 ingredient recipes or less. Can anyone help?
