Well, I can't guarantee this (and I'm not about to try it, as I am on Weight Watchers'!), but, in the cake< try subbing 1/4 cup "flaxseed glop" (1 T. flaxseed-- you can use the golden kind-- blended with 1/4 cup water in a blender until thick and "gloppy" like egg white") blended with 1/2 tablespoon Ener-G egg replacer. In the filling, use Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese, of course, and for the eggs substitute 1/2 cup silken tofu or medium-firm tofu blended with 1 T. Ener-G egg replacer. Let me know if it works!
