Hi Bryanna, During my recent visit to Victoria I ate in a pizzeria called The Joint (they have vegan pizzas). I had a one with whole wheat pizza crust. When I bit into that pizza it was unbelievable, their crust was 'as light as air'; it disappeared in the mouth the moment I bit into it. I have had all kinds of pizza but never ever had a pizza crust that was so light (and that too whole wheat). Do you have a recipe to make such light crusts?
