I would appreciate any advice on returning to vegetarianism following almost a decade of following the SAD (standard american diet). When I was a vegetarian, I always felt so healthy, but in the past decade, my health and fitness has degraded. I really need to get back to my dairy-free vegetarian diet, but it has been so long that I need a refresher on the principles of the lifestyle. I especially need to focus on learning how to manage hypoglycemia and also how to prepare well-balanced meals for my two young children. Any suggestions would really be appreciated. Thanks!
