Hi Bryanna,

How are you? Hope all is well with you. I have been enjoying the beautiful BC weather and your recipes from the blog. I believe you have been experimenting with 'cheelas' these days.

A friend of mine, a long time vegan, was recently discovered with B12 deficiency. He had to be given B12 shots to revive as his situation was slightly acute. What are good sources of B12 for vegans? Are the supplements only option? How would you ensure that these supplements have been derived from plant source? What about other sources like nutritional yeast?

Any suggestion, reading material would be helpful.
