I just grind yellow cornmeal to a powder in small amounts (no more than 1/4 cup) in a DRY electric coffee/spice mill (which is not used for coffee!). You could do this in larger amounts in a powerful blender like a Vita-Mix (make sure the blender container is very dry!), but not a food processor. If you have an electric grain mill, you could run cornmeal through it to make corn flour.
