I'd like to recommend you read the book "Eat to Live" by Joel Fuhrman. It's an excellent book on nutrition and for weight loss. As far as your meds are concerned I agree with Bryanna, that's between you and your doctor to decide. To give medical advice on a forum such as this would be totally inappropriate.
