Subject:         dietary supplements

I read in one book to take fish oil. I guess flaxseed oil would be the vegetarian equivalent of that. I also saw on a website to take a multivitamin and vitamin D. I'm sure other books and websites have other recommendations. Instead of trying to follow all the different recommendations, I'd like to get it from the horse's mouth. What dietary supplements should I take?
