I am in premenopause, my doctor told me to increase my dairy intake for calcium and vitamin d....if I don't do dairy how else can I increase my calcium and vitamin d

women who are in premenopause or full menopause always run a high risk of bone and heart problems...how can we prevent problems from happenning?
