Yams are something I don't have any experience with but my roommate loves them and when she cooks them she wraps them in tinfoil and bakes them in the oven until they are very soft, like mush. I think I'd like them better prepared another way. I don't want a recipe with lots of ingredients just a style for cooking them or perhaps a very simple recipe if it contains no sugar. Thanks!
