Rice milk is for taste only, in my opinion. It is
basically fortified carbs, and not complex ones. It
should not be given to children as a substitute for
dairy or soy milk, if that is a major part of their
diet. Unfortunately, many people don't compare the
nutrition info on different varieties of non-dairy
milk. It isn't a problem if that's not a big thing
in your diet, but if it is, it makes a difference
which one you use.
