Well, Bryanna already posted a great deal of sources related to soy, but I just wanted to say that too much of ANYTHING is bad for you, and the processed versions of foods are never as healthy as the actual food (soy burgers vs. soy nuts, for example).

Personally, I like rice milk more than soy milk (it doesn't have that soy aftertaste) and chocolate almond milk, but alas, soy milk has more protein, so I drink that. But I've become better at getting my protein needs, so I might not need all 6+ grams of protein in soymilk anymore...
