Subject:	Soy milk for children?

Hello!

I am starting with veganism, and I've been feeling great. But I have a doubt
about my children. I have a 6 year old boy and a soon to be 2 year old girl, I
don't want to give them any cow's milk and dairy anymore, so I thought soy milk
could be a good option, but I've heard all sorts of bad things about soy milk,
that is bad for the tyroid, that it could cause them problems in the future, etc.
so now I'm not so sure about what I sould give them instead of milk... specially
to the youngest one.

I'd really apreciate it if you could give me some advice.
