You're welcome! Both Nonna's and the Chinese cookbook are higher in fat and calories than my previous books because I was trying to be authentic. There are some nut-based recipes in Nonna's. There are fried items in both books. In the Italian book, you can use more olive oil than I call for in many of the recipes. In the Chinese book, you can use more oil for stir-frying.
