Subject:         Working Xmas, planning late

I planning my xmas dinner for this weekend as i am working today. I'm looking for an easy soy-free entree to supplement the tofu turkey we are making because one of my guest is soy in-tolerant. The rest if the menu is pretty elaborate so i'ld really like to come up with something easy. Thanks and Merry Christmass
