Goodmorning Bryanna, I hope you are doing well. We have moved to Vancouver now and are really enjoy being here. During my meat eating days I used to eat a dish in China Town which was somewhat similar to Chopsuey. It had noodles with veggies and chicken, with a very thick glutinous white gravy. The gravy was absolutely delicious with a very strong umami flavor in that. Would you know of a similar recipe? Also how to bring about a strong 'umami' flavour? Thanks, Ashu
