Subject:         Using stoneware for Seitan Roast

Hi, Bryanna! I wanted to know if using a removable stoneware pot from a slow cooker would be the same as one of the clay pots described in your cooking method #1 for the Seitan Turkey recipe. Thanks for all the great recipes!
