New to the vegetarian diet. Started a couple of days ago and feel great. I have never really been a big fan of eating meat besides chicken(white meat). On this new life change, how do i avoid chicken? I feel like this will be my hardest challenge because there are so many healthy meals made with chicken. I also want to know what you think about tofu. I have heard that to much tofu is not good for you. Thanks for you help
