The whole smoker project has become more complicated than I'd hoped - hard to find clay pots and grates that will play well together ... but we're hoping to give it a try this weekend. Next weekend, for "sure". I'll send you a link (want to take and post pictures) and let you know how it goes. If it goes. And if we don't catch ourselves on fire! :)
