Frances, I have done some experimenting with the Versawhip, but not recently, as I've been editing a manuscript and had lots of company! I've worked long-distance with Julie Hasson, and she has devised a couple of recipes she likes and I have devise one I like. The whipped topping is not up to scratch yet. I have never used fenugreek in a desserts, to tell you the truth!
