I picked up my SoyQuick machine (that I ordered in June!)at the PO yesterday. Think I'll soak beans tomorrow evening, then, for the first time ever, make soy milk on Monday!! I'm so glad I saw your recommendation on your blog, Bryanna. My local Health Food Store had a new (to us) unsweetened Silk Soy Milk but after I had only managed to buy two, they stopped carrying it for lack of buyers. Grrrr! That seems to happen with things I really like. That's Salt Spring for you.
Looks like rain all next week - time for some serious cooking!
