I received my new SoyQuick machine on Monday. I made the soy oat recipe you had given and we really love it! It is so easy to clean, etc. My question is have you tried any other combinations yet? With my old machine, it would make 2 qt of soymilk. We used 1/2 cup soybeans and 1/4 cup rice for the 2 qt machine, so I tried using 2/3 cup soy and 1/3 cup rice with the new machine, but it was not very rich.

In the recipe book that came with the Soy Quick machine, it calls for 1 cup, 2/3 cup, etc. Is it talking about the measuring cup that comes with the machine, and not a regular measuring cup? Thanks for recommending this machine. I really am enjoying it. I gave my old machine to another lady that could not afford to buy a new one. Thanks for all your help. Ruth
