Subject:	bryanna..a couple of seitan questions

hi bryanna,
i have your seitan corned beef recipe and i absolutely love it!!!!! however i have a couple questions; first, id like to make it just half the amount of seitan where im the only one that eats it. so do i cut all the seitan ingredients in half but keep the cooking broth for the whole recipe? and second, when i freeze it, do i freeze it with the cooking broth, or a little cooking broth, or none at all? thanks for your help!!!! tina
