have had one of these for about 5-6 years now ... took some getting used to, but it *completely* changed my attitude about my TOM - from hating it to not a big deal at all - you deal with the diva cup twice a day, it's quick and easy. Note, I got the larger one, even though I haven't had any kids b/c I thought if the smaller one leaked, I'd be discouraged and not want to try the larger size. I've had no problems with it at all. It "spilled" once, in all this time and that was when I forgot about it for too long.

I, too, highly recommend it.
