This PETA site is very helpful: This is one popular page entitled "I can't believe it's vegan", with all sorts of vegan products available in regular grocery stores: They also have a page on "Making gthe Transitionb": Some lunch ideas-- not just for kids! Here are some online vegan food vendor-- check out pangea: Some favorite products: and there are lots of links, including a shopping guide. Also consider all oif the fresh beggies and fruits available, wholegrains and canned beans, whichg you can do tons of stuff with! Just about every store has tofu of various kinds now, as well as veggie deli slices, etc. The pages above will clue you in on brands to look for. Also, when you DO cook, make lots and freeze extra servings. ou'll find lots of easy, quick recipes in my Free Recipe Archives on my website: and also a link to my blog, which also has recipes. http://www.bryannaclarkgrogan.com/page/page/1156474.htm Vegan "Feta"!
