Bryanna, your yeasted waffle recipe made THE BEST waffles I've had, probably ever!

Have to admit, I didn't have high hopes when I tried to mix in the morning ingredients and the "batter" was all elastic-like and, well, kinda icky!

But I was completely blown away, when I stuck my fork in to remove the first waffle and "crunch"!!! They did fine in my non-stick Belgian iron, btw.

And there's the upside of doing almost all the mixing the night before, which is perfect for me.

Thanks!!! I'll try to get around to making the other two but it's going to be tough, now, to make anything but these! : )
