I have the same donvier ice cream maker and was wondering what your method is for making gelato?
Specifically, do you turn constantly or every few minutes or what?
The last ice cream we made, which was the first in a couple of summers, seemed to freeze really hard with big ice crystals. I threw in some coconut milk, don't know if that contributed, but was wondering if my turning method could be improved.
