What can be used to replace egg replacer? I got a cupcake recipe from a blog that uses egg replacer but I can't find that around here. What could I use instead of egg replacer? Here are the ingredients used in the cupcakes:
S'mores cupcakes (From

2 c Graham crackers, crushed
2 t Baking powder
1 c Soy milk
Egg replacer for 1 egg
2 T Agave
Chocolate chips

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
