Subject:	Corned "beef" seitan

I just wanted to say that I FINALLY got time today to make the corned "beef" seitan recipe today. It was good, but was not exactly what I was expecting for the Reuben sandwich. It did however make outstanding corned "beef" hash!!!The seitan, along with potato, onion, and a bit of stock and it was delicous.

Now the amazing thing!! I also make the bbq "ribs" from the linked website and my carivore husband has eaten HALF of that seitan already! He's looking forward to eating the rest of it tomorrow for his lunch! I can't tell you how happy that makes me!!!
