If you go to my website (link below), you'll find many pages of free recipes (like for "Free recipe Archives" on menu at left of page), and pages on how to make soymilk, tofu, and soy yogurt, as well as nutritional info, links, FAQs, info on ingredients and products, and books and machines. There is also a link to my blog, which has lots of recipes.

Some ingredients, like nutritional yeast, look expensive, but remember that yeast flakes are light-- a pound is alot when measured in volume and will last you a long time because you only use fairly small amounts. You are probably better off buying locally, but if you want to buy online there is bulkfoods.com, veganessemtials.com, veganstore.com, bobsredmill.com, healthy-eating.com and many others.
