I made this today, thanks for the recipe! It held together quite well during the first batch. I will say, though, it requires much more than 1-2 mins of kneading. I had to knead for about 15 minutes to get it smooth. I tried to make another batch after the first one went so well (ravioli fill with basil okara ricotta, yum!), but it really did not go well. I was going a little faster so maybe I didn't measure as perfectly as I did the first time around, but it was too dry and the pasta fell apart in the machine. But I have hope now that I have done it once, thanks!
