still trying to make friends with our new bosch ... about how much salt would you put in a 6-cups-flour batch? I doubled an old favorite ABM recipe and the result was less than stellar, I'm thinking maybe it's too salty ... rose fine and texture was good though. also, can proofing the yeast dramatically change a bread's flavor? never proofed with ABM but have been with the bosch. thanks!
