Was the tofu supposed to be drained? My batter was very thick, I did drain it, so maybe that is where I went wrong. The flavor was fantastic though, I just put my filling on top like a frittata and cooked it in a teflon pan and was able to flip it pretty easily. Thanks for sharing a yummy recipe, I do miss my "omelets" for breakfast, but now I have a great substitute!
