Just wanted to say that I have tried everything under the sun to "replace" the turkey. Bryanna's recipe is really good, my son actually requested it this year. But I wanted to say that I tried Field Roast this year and out of ten years of vegan thanksgivings, it's the one thing that everybody liked, without fail. It was excellent, but expensive, $23 for a loaf which serves maybe 6. What I did is have that plus Bryanna's turkey, and I also made the "ham". It's nice to have a variety, Field Roast is served in pretty high end vegan restaurants and so far I haven't had anybody not like it.
