I know it has been forever since your original post, but how are you doing? I had a RNY three
years ago and have just decided to go vegan for compassion/health/ecological issues. I am
having difficulty getting our 70 grams of protein requirements met within our calorie
limitations. How are you doing? I plateaued after 120 lbs and kinda hope this change will have
weight loss as a side benefit.
