I have been a vegetarian for 20 yrs prior to surgery. Morning star farms breakfast sausage links are awesome. Lunch is usually egg salad or even tuna salad (I eat fish). Dinner is bean soup, or baked tilapia with a veggie. Tilapia is very light and will go down very easy. Good luck!
