SO I JUST RECENTLY TURNED VEGETERIAN. IT'S BEEN GOOD, I MUST ADMIT THAT GIVING MEET UP WAS A HARD THING. BUT I DID IT AND IM PROUD OF MY SELF. LATELY THOUGH ,MY BODY HAS BEEN ASKING ME FOR PROTEIN. WE ALL KNOW THAT MEED IS A HIGH SOURSE FOR PROTEIN. SO MY QUESTION IS WHAT CAN I USE TO SUBSTITUDE MEET AND STILL GET THE PROTEIN MY BODY IS ASKING ME FOR?
