Try Vegeterian !!! not need to be 100% Vegan person (just Meatless) I am not 100% vegan I was meat lovers I decide to reduce meats First: Quit Red Meats now and I still use white meats as chicken, turkey, fish until change body then can stop white meats in few months later... Dont quit meats fast because your body will be mess up
