Hi Heather, Thanks for the reply. I'm not trying to gain weight, just trying to keep my energy level up. I'm always around 135 lbs no mater what I do. Someone had told me that I wasn't getting enough carbohydrates. That's why I was feeling so tired, not calories. That could be true, but I still don't know. The only thing that I have been doing different is using a Hammer product called Sustained Energy. I use it just about every day, and I feel fine. I use about 2 or 3 scoops in a water bottle filled w/ 1/2 water and 1/2 pinapple juice. I sip on that throughout the day at work when I feel hungry. It seems to do the trick, so I'll just keep doing what works.
