Chicken does have some healthy benefits particularly if it's organic. However, meat, of all kinds, isn't easily digested so a good fiber intake is necessary. Besides chickens are pumped up with antibiotics, steroids, hormones and are exsposed to a host of other toxic substances throughout their life time. While Ramen has "no nutritional value" it surely isn't full of steriods, antibitotics and hormones. You should not "live off of" food that is packaged or dead for that matter. Eat Ramen in moderation and only use 1/3 or less of the seasonings - better yet, season it yourself.
