Yes, and I have found that fruit smoothies make a great breakfast and dessert! I usually eat a salad every day for lunch, and then whatever I feel like having for dinner, as long as it's fruit, vegetable, or whole grain. I hope you're able to stick with it, because you will start to feel good, and feel good about yourself!
