That is right. I started out just cutting out red meat. I still ate poultry and fish. And then I cut out all but fish. And then fish. And then eggs. And finally dairy. But I still occasionally eat small amounts of dairy, like when somebody offers me a cookie, and I know it has egg and butter in it, but I eat it anyway. Or when I order a salad in a restaurant and they put a little bit of cheese on top. But it gets easier all the time to resist animal products. Congratulations on your decision to quit eating |
