Does anyone know how I can get more calories w/o over eating? I eat all the time, but my stomach is only so big. Once I decided to eat as much as I could whether I was hunger or not, and that did nothing but make me tired and sluggish. I felt horrible. I definitly won't try that again. I need something like a weight gain powder to supplement my calorie intake, but I can't find anything w/o whey in it. Soy shakes only have 200-300 calories. I'm really looking for something with 700-1000. I had another question about iron. For about a month or so earlier in the year, I was eating rasins in my oatmeal everyday. I remember having lots of energy. When I stopped eating them, because I was getting tired of them, I starting feeling more tired. Is that my imagination or does iron help give you more energy?
