Honestly, any ramen is far worse for you than a chicken breast anyway. Chicken is pretty healthy, among the meats. Not to mention, as a meat, it's high in protein and other goodies. Ramen, on the other hand, has nearly nothing in the way of nutrition. It's high calorie, EXTREMELY high sodium, and high saturated fat, and all without much nutritional value.

These are common problems with most "just add water" foods... unfortunately, these are common staples among vegetarians. Anything with a seasoning packet is a bad sign.
