Just did a little research. The bus driver was Bruce Anderson, fired by the Orange County Transportation Authority. An article says that the Authority settled after the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission found that the transit authority had discriminated against Anderson based on his personal beliefs, which, for legal purposes, the EEOC deemed religious.
